The application may also integrate with ConnectHub services and compatible devices, including QR BOX devices, to provide payment alerts, operational notifications, and business automation capabilities.
2. Information the Application May Process
The application may process information necessary to provide its services, including device identifiers, device configuration settings, supported banking application package names, payment notification content, timestamps, detected payment amounts, and operational status information.
This information is used to display payment activity history, provide a consolidated view of payment activity across multiple supported banking applications, generate payment alerts, and improve service reliability and operational performance.
3. Notification Access
The application uses Android Notification Access solely to receive and process payment confirmation notifications from supported merchant banking applications assigned to this device. This information is used to generate merchant payment alerts, maintain transaction history records, and deliver notifications to connected QR BOX devices or ConnectHub services.
The application is not intended to monitor or process notifications from unrelated applications that are not associated with merchant payment activity.
4. Information the Application Does Not Collect
The application does not collect banking usernames, passwords, PINs, OTPs, or authentication credentials. It does not read or manage SMS messages, contacts, location information, photos, personal files, microphone recordings, or call information.
5. Purpose of Data Processing
Information is processed to collect and display payment activity from supported banking applications, provide merchants with a unified view of payment activity across multiple banking applications, generate payment alerts, deliver information to QR BOX devices and related ConnectHub services, monitor system health, diagnose operational issues, and improve service reliability and stability.
6. Data Transmission and Sharing
Information necessary to provide the service may be transmitted to ConnectHub servers and infrastructure for payment activity processing, device communication, diagnostics, and operational support. ConnectHub does not sell personal information to third parties and does not use application data for personalized advertising.
