A phone or QR Box may appear to be connected to Wi-Fi while the network itself is slow, intermittent, or unable to maintain reliable internet access. This can still affect payment notification delivery. If payment alerts become delayed or inconsistent, each device's connection should therefore be checked separately. It is not enough to confirm that a Wi-Fi icon is visible. The important question is whether the device actually has usable and sufficiently continuous internet connectivity.
